All commissions require a non-refundable, $50 deposit up front to secure your spot. This will be subtracted from your final total. I accept most forms of payment, including but not limited to:

  • Paypal

  • Venmo

  • Cashapp

  • Zelle

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-4 business days unless otherwise specified.

The Process

  1. You submit a clear, high quality photo of the animal you’d like drawn

  2. I send a rough sketch to get your approval before starting shading, highlighting, etc.

  3. I will send you a watermarked version of the final product

  4. Final payment is made

  5. Drawing is shipped the next day!

Commissions Terms & Conditions

  • Advertising: as a client of Julia Poole, you understand and acknowledge that your commissioned portrait may be used for advertising and promotional material after completion, unless otherwise agreed upon during the commission process. This includes use in marketing on social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

  • Payment: the client acknowledges that the full remainder of their payment, at the agreed upon price, will be paid no longer than two weeks after completion of the drawing.

  • Revisions: if the client is not happy with the final result of a drawing, Julia Poole will make a reasonable amount of revisions, but a brand new drawing will require the full cost of a commission of that size. Dislike or disapproval of the final product is minimized by providing drafts and progress photos throughout the drawing process.

  • Decline of Offers: Julia Poole has the right to refuse any commission request without explanation (although one will usually be given).

  • Copyright: clients may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the commission beyond resale of the original.

  • Shipping: Julia Poole is not responsible for any theft or misplacement of commissioned drawings. Julia Poole is also not responsible for damage to drawings that occurred during shipping. Each commission is securely packaged for shipping, however I cannot guarantee a damage-free shipping process through USPS.

  • Damages: if the client receives a damaged product, they will provide evidence of said damage within seven days of its arrival, and will be refunded 50% of the total cost of the commission (unless otherwise agreed upon).
